Static musl MsQuic archive
The two libmsquic.a files are extracted from LightDl 0.4.4-h3-static.3.
The package identifies its source as greepar/LightDl commit
f16971a5254dacab049c6637ce52dc8d518b5a61 and includes the MsQuic MIT,
OpenSSL Apache-2.0, and .NET MIT notices in licenses/.
The archives contain MsQuic, OpenSSL, and the .NET OpenSSL crypto shim. They
are linked into musl NativeAOT node executables with StaticExecutable=true;
the LightDl NuGet package and its build targets are not used by MoShiro.
